I've seen elaborately dressed street mimes in New York, London, Venice... but this one takes the cake!
I assume he's Japanese, since I heard him speaking Japanese to a group of Japanese tourists, and he's plastered in Japanese newsprint. Waikiki is big for Japanese tourists and Kalakaua Avenue is like Rodeo Drive in California. Even on a Sunday, at about 8:30pm, Tiffany's & Cartier's was open!
